What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.  We will select a carrier based on what will deliver your goods the fastest.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.



Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is opened or not in its original condition – we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Centre Light Solutions reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Any shipping cost incurred to ship your order will also be subtracted from refund. 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Any product issues must be reported within 14 days of shipping.
  • We will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 14 business days for TheCentrePC to receive and process your return.
  • Products must have been purchased directly from We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.

How to Return

Should you decide to return an eligible product please email our Customer Care team at with the following information.

  • A copy of your order
  • Order #
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Reason for return/exchange

Upon receipt, a Return Authorization # (RA#) will be sent to you to include with your return. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you.
